9 Yards Technology’s Fun Team Retreats – Off Site Trip

9 Yards Technology hosted its second off site trip to show happiness in accomplishing the company’s target for this year. For showing gratitude for our employees’ dedication & hard work for the entire year for the organization.

“Leaving the office desk and off for adventure” 

Day 1 –  Adventure In Nature Lover’s Farm

9 Yards off site trip began with an amazing start. When we arrived at our first destination, Nature lover’s farm, situated at Ansal Aravali Retreat. We got a warm embrace from the resort managers with the high tea arrangement for us. Surrounded by nature bought a healthy state of mind, body, and spirit to all of us. A nature trip rejuvenated us from the tiring and busy city life.

After some rest, we had delicious lunch, then we moved to our room. Then the day proceeds towards amazing games as well as a pool party. 9 Yardians dived into the pool, danced, and enjoyed the amazing fun-tastic activities. 

The next event held was a ramp walk show with quite the zest and vigour that made the evening more tempting. Although, the real fun came in the evening which made us feel the fascination of chilling around & having some enjoyable moments with teammates. 

The event was further followed by R&R, in which the coolest founder shared their brief life talk delivered by the CEO, Mr. Zubair. He inspired each individual to equip themselves to the teeth for an upcoming war to get a decisive win! COO Prachi Abrol and Sourabh Katyal also filled employees with great enthusiasm and motivation through their words of wisdom and sagacity.

Rewards And Felicitation Ceremony

In order to give facilitate & honour employees who have done exemplary work, a reward function was organized. Rashmi Pachouli, and Gautam Jha and Jayant Bhasin secured the positions as Achiever of the year.

The second award category was the new kid on the block, which recognized employees who marked their presence with their excellent performance within a few months of joining were Harshita Mishra and Ritika Dalal. 

Furthermore, a special acknowledgement was given to the Admin and HR teams for their magnificent performance. The title and trophy holder for the best team of the year was the Digital Marketing team, who proved their work with marvellous performance. 

A ramp walk was held in the evening in which everyone participated with great zest. The title for the best ramp walk male category was Mr. Adesh Gupta, and the female category was Ms. Kavita Devi.

In order to engage better with employees, the marketing team held a photo contest in which Harshita Mishra became the winner through her popularity on social media and highest likes.

Finally! The day concluded with a mouth-watering dinner, lively music, dance, fun games, etc., followed by a late-night party & get-together.

Day 2 – Fun In Savoy Suits 

The next morning we packed our bags after breakfast and checked in to one of the finest hotel in Manesar. Savoy suits, we had a warm welcome by the resort management. We had delicious lunch. After that, we all headed towards our room and took some rest. 

Then we all headed towards the swimming pool, played many games, and enjoyed ourselves a lot. After enjoying the pool, we clicked pictures and made videos for memories. 

In the evening, we held an in-house talent show where everyone got a chance to showcase talent, and Adesh Gupta secured the first position through his amazing moves. The evening was followed by many fun games as well as activities that everyone enjoyed. From breaking the bread together to sharing laughs, small yet beautiful moments like these are cherished forever.

After breakfast the next day, we packed our bags with memories and fun moments that will retain a special place in our hearts. 

Before leaving, we clicked pictures, and everyone was delighted. We all reached our destinations on time. Even though this journey came to an end, there is much more to come!

All In All!

9 Yards off site trip was the most amazing thing that empowered employees with fun, evergreen memories, lasting bonds were the key ingredients of 9 Yardians trip. 9 Yards Technology completely comprehends the value of work-life balance. Hence this was all about our off-site trip.
