Being 9YT’s COO, I oversee digital chasms between tech giants and clients are bridged by providing top-notch IT services with a personal touch. We overcome poor client-retention rates by drawing STRATEGIC Return On Investment strategies coupled with compassionate GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM.

Empathy is inherent to me, therefore scaling up across the team & an open-door policy is promoted and implemented at 9YT. Being an independent trendsetter woman, I ensure ‘GENDER DIVERSITY’ is one of the company's cornerstones.

In addition to my KRAs, I also actively engage in hiring the right talent whose actions speak louder than words and make the onboarding process silky smooth. From the exhaustive experience accrued from working for the top MNCs, I devise tailored strategies for organizational optimization.
