Being one of the coolest organizations, 9Yards Technology never misses an opportunity to keep its employees pleased and connected.This time the company planned something out of the box that amazed all of us. They planned a trip to a village to give city slickers a glimpse to explore the beauty of rural India. It was a one-day trip in which the management planned all the events and activities to rejuvenate their employees with something new and refreshing.
On the 16 July 2022 Saturday, we all gathered at 8 am at our Noida office, settled in our respective cars, and began our fun-filled journey to village Gajraula, a village in Uttar Pradesh nearly 120 km from Noida. The amazing part was that we relished every moment of the road trip, sang songs, and had a lot of fun. We took a break at a Dhaba for hi-tea, where we savored mouth-watering parathas with tea. We reached the farmhouse by 10:30 am, shrouded by mango trees. The farmhouse also had a tubewell, which was like a cherry on the top. Bathing in the tubewell made us relieved our childhood days. We also played numerous games, enjoyed the juicy mangos straight from the farms, and then had delicious food freshly prepared by the locals.
To know more about each other, we did a chilling session in an attempt to let new employees open up, interact and share their experiences with the company. After the session, we proceeded towards the village for a glimpse of age-old culture and traditions to learn more about paramount serenity and a spellbinding panorama. To relieve these moments forever, we did a photo session in which we clicked selfies and group photos to preserve incredible memories. At 5:00 pm, it was the time for a wrap-up, as the weather took an amazing turn and turned rainy from sunny, which felt like nature saying hasta la vista to us. After an elevenses at the highway, we headed back to Noida.
By 8 pm, we all reached our home with a wealth of reliving moments and memories we made together! That made our weekend an amazing one!
